TUMIS BUNGA PEPAYA

Bahan:

100 gr bunga pepaya, rebus lalu tiriskan

200 gr ikan tongkol,goring lalu suwir

50 gr daun kemangi

2 sdm minyak goreng

Bumbu:

3 lembar daun jeruk

2 lembar daun pandan

1 batang serai

80 ml(2 sachet) SAORI Saus Teriyaki

Bumbu halus:

5 siung bawang merah

3 siung bawang putih

10 buah cabe rawit merah

8 buah cabe hijau

1 cm jahe

Cara membuat:

  1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus, daun jeruk, daun pandan dan serai hingga harum
  2. Tambahkan ikan tongkol, bunga pepaya dan daun kemangi. Aduk rata
  3. Masukkan SAORI Saus Teriyaki. Masak hingga matang
  4. Angkat dan sajikan.
